We Are Now PILLAR INC — And This Is Why It Matters

Sometimes, a name holds more than just a label it holds purpose. Vision. Legacy. And sometimes, to grow into your true mission, you have to evolve into a name that reflects your deepest values.

After years of serving with love under Fearless Females Inc., we are proud to officially announce that our organization is now called PILLAR INC - short for Providing Integrity, Lifelong Learning, Access & Resilience.

But even without the acronym, the word PILLAR says everything.

Because that’s what we’ve always aimed to be:

A pillar of strength for the overlooked.

A pillar of support for families in crisis.

A pillar of hope for those forgotten by systems, governments, and institutions.

And now, our name matches the weight of the work we do.

Why We Changed Our Name

Fearless Females Inc. was born out of a vision to uplift and protect vulnerable women — especially single mothers and girls who had been silenced by trauma, poverty, or abandonment. That mission still lives in our bones. But over time, something grew.

Our reach expanded. Our vision deepened. And our work began speaking louder than the name we once carried.

We weren’t just helping women. We were helping entire families - children, elders, fathers, disabled individuals. We weren’t just fighting gender inequality. We were feeding orphans, healing trauma, restoring dignity, and responding to crisis after crisis - both here in the U.S. and abroad in Somalia, Kenya, Nigeria, and beyond.

We weren’t just building confidence. We were building infrastructure, academic empowerment, mental health resilience, and economic tools to break generational cycles of pain.

The work became bigger than one gender. It became a movement rooted in integrity, learning, access, and resilience-which is why the name PILLAR INC felt so divinely aligned.

This name is not just a title.

It’s a promise.

What PILLAR INC Stands For

PILLAR means we will stand strong for:

🌍 10,000+ lives reached globally through food, medical aid, and education.

🧠 Mental health support for 50+ families in Omaha through virtual workshops and 1:1 care.

💔 Emergency aid to 8 Omaha families, including raising $2,513 to help a grieving local family cover funeral costs after the tragic loss of a loved one at the hands of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

📚 Academic empowerment across Kenya, Nigeria, and Somalia through tuition sponsorships, Islamic education, and book distributions.

🛍️ Economic support for struggling women - from sewing machines, mannequins, food stall stands to startup grants -giving families the tools to earn with dignity.

And so much more.

What’s Changing — And What’s Not

Only our name is changing. Not our commitment. Not our values. Not the heartbeat of our work.

We’re still the same hands-on, grassroots nonprofit fueled by faith, community, and a relentless drive to serve those who’ve been abandoned by everyone else. If anything, our new name reminds us daily of who we’re meant to be not just fearless, but foundational. Not just reactive, but restorative. Not just loud, but lasting.

Moving Forward as PILLAR

To those who’ve been with us since the days of Fearless Females Inc. thank you. You believed in us before the world even knew our name. To those who are new to this journey welcome. You’ve found a place where people don’t get left behind.

We invite you to keep walking with us. Because our new name marks the beginning of something deeper, wider, and even more transformative than before.
